Isaac was appointed Executive Chairman of ENBDC Group of Companies by the sole shareholder, East New Britain Provincial Government, on 21st March 2018.
Isaac brings to the Group more than 40 years of professional experience gained from various senior executive management roles he held in the finance and banking industry, commerce and industry and professional accountancy practice . He is also a successful private business owner and manager. Isaac holds a degree in the Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Technology in Lae, Papua New Guinea plus Attainment Certificates in ANZ Corporate & Middle Management from Sydney and Melbourne in Australia and Post Graduate Certificate in Project Financing, Syndicated Loan Finance, Asset Securitization and Advanced Project Finance from Euro-money Institute of Finance in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. He is a fully pledge Certified Practicing Accountant currently affiliated with CPA PNG.
Isaac is a senior businessman and respected leader in the PNG accountancy profession, business community and local Tolai community in East New Britain Province.
Mr. Ronald Kuk was re-appointed to the board by the East New Britain Provincial Government in January 2019 and is the longest serving director serving his third term.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University Of Papua New Guinea and a Post Graduate Diploma from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada.
He was formerly the Executive Manager at National Fisheries Authority (NFA), Manager – Development & Coordination at Minerals Resources Authority (MRA) and Manager – Economics & Planning at Coastal Fisheries Development Agency.
Ronald is a specialist in Project planning, appraisal, implementations, management and monitoring. the training of implementing agencies personnel and the general institutionalization of the project cycle planning system into the Papua New Guinea Government. Training of gender analysis and project planning, intensive policy analysis of the WTO trading arrangement. Fisheries blo-economics analysis of the tuna and prawn fishing industries in Papua New Guinea. Involvement in planning, negotiation, implementation and monitoring and marketing of mining projects. Trade negotiation in regional agreements and multilateral arrangements with our major trading partners.
He is currently the Chairman for Gazelle Restoration Authority (GRA).
Mr. Levi Mano was appointed to the ENBDC Group Board Of Directors representing the East New Britain Provincial Government. He is currently the Deputy Provincial Administrator – Social & Economic Services since being appointed to the position in 2005. He began his 28 years of service to the East New Britain Provincial Administration in 1990 as an Education Extension Officer; 1992 as an Economist; 1993 as an Economic Planner; 1995 as a Provincial Planner; 2000 as Advisor – Planning & Research.
He holds a Bachelor Of Economics Degree, Post Graduate Diploma In Education and Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Papua New Guinea. He also holds an International Post Graduate In Integrated Rural & Regional Development Planning from Rehovot Study Centre, Israel.
Mr. Mano has been instrumental with both National & Provincial Government economic projects/programs in partnership with donor agencies such as AUSAID and technical partners such as Coffey International. Major work achievements in the various roles and capacity was the planning, implementation and roll out of the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Government (OLP&LLG) which was formally approved by the Department of Provincial Government & LLG Affairs; planning, design and documentation of Gazelle Restoration Authority (GRA); design of the Provincial Planning System (PPS) and Team Leader of the ENB Development Strategic Plan (2011 – 2021).
Mr. Mano is currently the Chairman of University of PNG’s Kokopo Open Campus and an active member of various Churches, Community and social Groups as Chairman and working committee.
Mrs. Dessie Romalus is the Director of Vavagil Guest House in Kokopo. She is also the Managing Agent for DHL Express, Kokopo.
She has a Professional career in Technical Training as a Trainer in Secretarial Courses and as Secretary in various roles and capacity spanning over 20 years.
She is one of the many successful local ENB business womenn with business operations formerly in Tours and currently in Guest House, Restaurant and Logistics.
Mr. Jack Diuvia was appointed to the Board in January 2019.
Mr. Diuvia is currently managing his own business Tok Didiman Services (TDS)which played a key part in the beautification of Kokopo City and also owns & manages Real Estate/Property here in Kokopo City.
He is a professional Agricultural Specialist having graduated from Vudal Agricultural College (Now UNRE) in 1969.
This has enabled him to forge a career spanning over 48 years in the Agriculture and Plantation Estates in various roles and capacity with WR Carpenters Group’s Coconut Products Limited.
He has been a long serving member of certain board of directors over the years such as New Guinea Islands Produce Company (NGIP) over 30 years as director and chairman for 3 years, Director at Kokonas Indastri Koporesen (KIK), Cocoa Coconut Institute (CCI PNG) , Barakopo Plantation Limited (ENBDC) and Chairman at ENB Growers Association.
He is also founder and current director for ENB Society/Kokopo Museum Society
Mr. Donald Rolpagarea was appointed to the ENBDC Board Of Directors in January 2019. He was appointed Papua New Guinea’s State Solicitor in 2013.
He holds a Master of Laws from the Australian National University, Certificate of Training from PNG Legal Training Institute and a Bachelor Of Law from the University Of Papua New Guinea. He has also attended Certification Programs in a wide range of areas in Mining Development, Environmental , Human Rights & Community Participation, Petroleum Mineral Law from the University Of Dundee, Scotland; Intensive Advocacy, Alternate Dispute Resolution from the Victorian Bar, Australia; Designing Effective Legal Frameworks for Problem Banks and Banking Crisis from the IMF’s Regional Training Institute in Singapore.
Mr. Rolpagarea’s has extensive professional work appointments and affiliations such as Founding Director for Petromin Holdings (PNG) Limited, Work Attachment at Sydney’s Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Australian Law Firm; Acting Deputy State Solicitor – Commercial ; Acting Deputy State Solicitor – Corporate.
He currently sits on the following Boards; Central Supply & Tenders Board & Hargy Oil Palms Limited.
Ms. Ephreddie Jubilee was appointed to the board in January 2019.
Ms. Jubilee was formerly the Deputy Provincial Administrator – Director Corporate Services at East New Britain Provincial Administration.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2002 by PNG Law Society after completing her Bachelor Of Law Degree from James Cook University, North Queensland, Australia in 1999.
